If you understand
that the deepest prayer is
harmony with the Divine Presence,
then be still and enter the prayer
of all of Nature that breathes in you.
When I was a kid, before I knew what prayer was, or maybe before I forgot, I used to go up my favoutite climbing tree and pour my heart out when I was upset…up high and swaying in the wind. Creation brings us so close to the Creator.
Would love to respond but I’m not sure what you mean by “it” in “how do you do it.” Let me know and I’ll give my answer. Peace, Nomzi. ~Dennis
Oh that was a way of saying that what you write can be so profoundly beautiful and seem so effortlessly phrased. Like breathing. 🙂
Thanks for your kind words, Nomzi. What I write comes from the experiences of my 70+ years filtered through a learned availability for and trust of the inspirations that come from that deep place and are meant to be set free without a lot of excessive tinkering. Your lovely response gave me great joy. ~Dennis
You are most welcome Dennis. It is positively uplifting to have someone like you in the blogosphere, in the world. We are the lucky ones that can give and experience joy. Have a peaceful and relaxing weekend. 🙂
Sharing something uplifting is indeed an incredible gift. May we both see our contributions to this world in the light of this gift and never take it for granted. Peace, love, and joy! ~Dennis

Just to be present in the world and let the experience flow through me makes it all worth while.
Speechless. Just speechless. One word. Pants.
Back at ya!!
Like it?! Like it?! Where’s the “astounded” button? The “forever changed my life” button? In a word, pants.
You can stop now!!! Please!!! Most people won’t know you’re my son, nor care, I imagine. By the way, great time this afternoon.
So powerful!!
Much appreciated. Peace! ~Dennis

One of the things I love to do is lie on my back on the ground with my arms outstretched. Just an incredible feeling. Thanks for sharing.
Yeah, that’s great, too, especially when the sun is beaming down warmly onto your closed eyes…
Lovely. I’ve long felt that I live in the middle of prayer rather than prayer being something that originates within me.
Yes!!!!!
True. 🙂
Beautifully captured.. 🙂
Much appreciated. Peace! ~Dennis
🙂
Indeed. I was about to ask this time, how do you do it Dennis? 🙂
