  1. This is so true, Dennis. I started meditating thinking I had to stop all thoughts. Yet it is actually the practice of noticing my thoughts come and then releasing them that has really had an impact on my daily life. You are so wonderfully succinct!

    • We always seem to find a way of making things more difficult for ourselves, don’t we. Probably gives us excuses to abandon this or that. Peace!
