I find this to be so true. When I begin my day reading poetry, stretching, reading spiritual writings, meditating and journaling I seem to set my direction for the day. If I get up and read the news or wash the dishes or rush out the door for appointments, then it is difficult for me to later get back to a spiritual attitude. Lovely poem, Dennis.
